Golgap does not store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). The chatbot answers general questions from your public-facing documents (insurance lists, hours, service descriptions, prep guides). It does not access patient records, appointment systems, or billing data. This means HIPAA compliance requirements for PHI do not apply to the chatbot's scope.

Not directly—and that's by design. For patient safety and scheduling accuracy, we guide users to your existing booking system (e.g., "Click here to book on ZocDoc" or "Call us at..."). If you need custom booking integration, our development team can build it at nominal cost.
