Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Golgap subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel, please submit your request directly to our billing support or through your self-serve dashboard.
To prevent unwanted charges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing cycle. Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
2. Refund Policy
According to standard software-as-a-service compliance, fees paid are generally non-refundable. However, we do honor refunds under specific circumstances in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after this period will not be entertained unless the service has suffered continuous and documented downtime bypassing our SLAs.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
