We agree to provide you with the Golgap AI Chatbot Service in accordance with the specifications outlined on our main features page. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

By subscribing to a Golgap plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for the selected duration.

All cancellation requests are governed by the strict timelines established on the aforementioned page.

In no event shall Golgap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
